The consulting company of Liselotte Schoch was founded and officially registered at the Swiss Commercial Registration Office. It is located at the outskirts of Zurich and offers high level consulting for companies in transition-periods of restructuring, leadership coaching, organizational development, team development, communication and conflict management for branches such as production, services, administration, profit and non-profit-organizations.

Personal Profile – professional experience

Liselotte Schoch speaks German, French and English. For many years she lived, worked and travelled  in Asia and Europe where she studied about countries, people, their attitude and behaviour and became familiar with the field of interculturality and gender.

Back in Switzerland she established consulting services for companies in the production and service-field, such as construction, textile machinery, electrical tools, atomic-power-plant, insurance companies, banking, hospitals etc.

With her profound knowledge of the international company-development of the last decade she gained a high reputation as a professional in this field. Her speciality is Company-Consulting and Leadership-Coaching for top-level-managers and politicians.

 

Liselotte Schoch has several Swiss national diplomas gained in the following fields:

-          Commerce (High School)

-          Sociology and Psychology

-          Systemical Therapy for individuals and groups

-          Supervision Coaching and Organizational development

 

As president of the largest Swiss Association of Supervision, Coaching and Organizational Consulting and as a board member of ANSE European Association of Supervision and Coaching she gained management-experience as well as an overview of the consulting situation in Europe.

After the political changes in 1990 Liselotte Schoch started to visit Hungary on a regular basis. She was invited by the Hungarian Association of Supervision to share her profound knowledge with Hungarian professionals. Today she gives various workshops and seminars in Budapest.
