Develor Training & Consulting s.r.o.  

Develor Training & Consulting s.r.o. was established in August 2006. Prior to the establishment, the Czech DEVELOR Branch had already provided training courses in the region of the Slovak Republic. Since the managing director, Martin Kunc, is one of the founding partners of Develor Training and Consulting in the Czech Republic, under his management, the Slovak branch has been developing and substantially benefiting from his previous experience.

It is expected that by the end of 2006 the Slovak branch will have employed 7 trainers, key account managers/sales managers and administrative support personnel.

A great emphasis is placed on the currently running projects which were previously launched mostly by the Czech DEVELOR; however, the primary focus is shifted more and more on the successful launch of the “Insights campaign”. In addition to that, it is also essential to introduce a sales performance-oriented solution called “ConsulTing and Training 4 CusTomers LoyalTy” that will be followed by an introduction of  “DEVELOR-made” products to the Slovak market. It is crucially important to establish the DEVELOR brand as such and to make the name widespread among companies that may require our services.

Key personnel

The managing director, Martin Kunc, is one of the founding partners of DEVELOR Training & Consulting s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. He holds an economics degree from the university of VŠB-TU, Ostrava, the Czech Republic. In 1995-1996 he worked as a stockbroker and right after In 1997 he established an IT start-up company called NeTgraphic; later he became the director. Soon after that, owing to his expertise, NeTgraphic became a leading player in the regional IT market. In 1998 – 1999 he worked in the marketing department of Procter & Gamble in Prague . From 2000 to 2003 he pursued his career in the marketing department of P&G in Budapest.

Kinga Novotná is working as a sales manager. Prior to this position from 2000 to 2006, she worked as a Project Coordination Department Director at the Slovak Republic Government Office, where she was responsible for drafting, implementation, and evaluation of EU-funded projects in the field of minority development, human rights and antidiscrimination. From 1998 to 2000 she taught English as a foreign language. She holds a degree from UKF, Nitra, the Slovak Republic and CEU,  Budapest.

Jakub Jorík is employed as a project manager. Previously, she worked in an assistant position for Mobil ASK s.r.o. While studying in Bratislava, the Slovak Republic (in 2005 completed a bachelor’s degree) he was working for Amrop Jenewein Group. Between 1996 and 2003 he took an active role in the Slovak softball association.

Robert Trgiňa is working as a trainer. He previously established his own company, worked as a Director of Commercial Division and Sales Director of Scholler Czech and the Slovak Republic (2004 - 2005). Also, he was in a position of an HR manager, Sales Director and Regional Manager for Nestle and the Czech Republic (1996-2004) and later he filled the sales manager position at Tchibo .

Peter Jelínek is working as a trainer. Prior to this position he worked for IMPAC Limited, Dublin, as a Chief Analyst for Europe (3 years), Unit Vice President for Central Europe (2 years) and Project Director (2 years). In 1996-1997 he worked as an Export Manager for VD Krištál, Valašská Belá, the Slovak Republic. Later on he took the Sales and Marketing Manager position at MF Radio DCA in Dubnica n/Váhom, the Slovak Republic. Moreover, he also worked as an English language teacher in Dubnica n/Váhom, the Slovak Republic. He holds a degree from a university in the UK and CU, Trenčín, the Slovak Republic .
