BI&R Consulting Ltd. was established in March 2004. The training company is based in Moscow, and focuses on the markets in Russia, Ukraine and the Baltic States .

BI&R Consulting Ltd. is a company of young, creative and experienced specialists, which is always open for innovations and works truly under the slogan “BI&R Consulting – to raise standards!”

After the dynamically developing first two years, the company now employs 20 trainers and coaches, most of them are dedicated to BIRC. All of the trainers have relevant sales and leadership training experiences. The coaches develop their programs on a regular basis in order to find new solutions and meet clients’ needs.
One of the most important guarantees of training and trainer quality is a carefully developed quality assurance system. Hence,  our coaches are regularly certificated by our partners, leading European companies such as Insights Learning & Development Ltd and DEVELOR Tanácsadó Zrt.

The company has a training capacity of about 30 days per month, and thus the company holds more than  300 days of training per year.

We have well-defined, high expectations to our potential trainers. They have to meet the following requirements:

  • Practical experience – from 5 to 12 years
  • Training experience – from 5 to 12 years

Over the  previous years, sales and leadership programs took up 30-30% of all the training courses delivered, 15-15% were held in Business communication and Personal effectiveness and the rest was devoted to Marketing and Merchandising. The majority of our participants fill in managerial positions; they are owners, top-managers, middle and line managers. In addition to that, participants come from the marketing and sales department.

Articles submitted to Russian massmedia (“Personal Mix”, “Elitniy Personal”, “Rabota Segodnya”, “BTL Magazine”, “Rabota dlya Vas”, “Kuda Poyti Uchitsa”) include a variety of questions discussed in public. In October 2005 there was a “Round Table” held by “BI&RC”. This event was devoted to pricing policies being practiced by Russian training companies.
