TanevTodorovPadalski Ltd. is a dynamic group of qualified trainers who facilitate training seminars. Some 20 professionals are members of the network of trainers working with TanevTodorovPadalski Ltd. - a rich combination of education, competencies, professional experience and personality.
The company was established in 2004 by Harry Tanev, Todor Todorov and Dobrin Padalski. All three of them started their training career at Outward Bound–Bulgaria, the world-pioneer organization in the field of experience-based training programmes. Hence, TanevTodorovPadalski Ltd. is specialized in applying their method into corporate training programmes.
The main focus of TanevTodorovPadalski Ltd. is to deliver tailored experiences in order to catalyze and support change processes on individual and group levels. The company has expertise in skills development training programmes such as Effective Teamwork, Leadership, Communication, Client Satisfaction and Customer Care. Many companies also recognize our outstanding image in the organization of Team Building and Team Spirit events.
Since it was established, TanevTodorovPadalski Ltd. has been seen as one of the market leaders providing experience-based training programmes. The company offers tailor-made training courses and teambuilding seminars for clients from various industries. Approximately 1 000 participants took part in more than 30 training programmes in 2005 and 2006.

Key personnel
The company’s CEO is Todor Todorov, who is the founder and a leading trainer. He holds qualifications in group dynamics and facilitation. He is also certified as Wilderness First Responder by WMA. He gained significant experience as a Programme Manager at Outward Bound-Bulgaria amongst other management positions.
Dobrin Padalski is in charge of sales and account management. He gained profound experience in HR, first working for a large multinational company and then for a local consulting company. He holds a degree in economics from
The Safety Committee is chaired by Stefan Petrov. He has long years of experience in mountaineering and is an expert in the design of specialized equipment and climbing walls. His greatest responsibility is to make sure that all systems and tools ensure 100% safety of the participants in all types of activities.
The Bulgarian training market
The training market is at an early stage of structured development. Both demand and supply vary in wide ranges in terms of quality and know-how. Internationally recognized companies started training delivery in the early 1990s. However, their volumes and powerful influence only became significant in the last 2-3 years. Currently, several training companies operate ranging from very small ones with the capacity of 1-2 experts to relatively large ones having the international know-how.
The training market is an integral segment of the wider market of Human Resources Consulting services. This wider market is estimated to represent around 25% of the 52 million annual volume of consulting services. The training market itself is estimated around 6% of the total volume of consulting services or ¼ of the HR Consulting services.
The overall economic take-off encourages more and more companies to increase their training budgets. Stable macroeconomic parameters such as lower tax levels (10% Corporate Profit Tax from 2007), expansion of bank credits, increase of foreign investments, literally unlimited EU funds available from 2007 – all factors support the expectation of increased demand for training activity by the Bulgarian business in the near future.
In response to that trend, in 2005 and 2006 several new players, international training companies started their operations through affiliated offices or franchised organizations. TanevTodorovPadalski Ltd. has its own place on the training market – it is recognized for providing top-class teamwork and communication training courses.
